How can we help?

Email [email protected] and a person will reply by email. Tell us which app you're using (iPhone, Mac, Windows or the web) and what happened.

  1. Something isn't working

On the Mac, open the VAIPA menu in the menu bar and choose Copy diagnostics, then paste it into your email. It lists permission states, devices and recent errors. It never includes what was said in your meetings.

On iPhone, include your iOS version and the screen you were on.

  2. Recording meetings on the Mac

VAIPA needs your microphone and System Audio Recording to transcribe both sides of a call. Open Test my setup from the menu bar: each missing permission has a Fix button that opens the right page in System Settings.

If VAIPA isn't listed under Privacy & Security › Screen & System Audio Recording › System Audio Recording Only, press Ask macOS again in Test my setup. macOS adds an app to that list only after the app asks.

Recording laws differ between countries. Always tell the people on the call that you're recording.

  3. Nothing happens without your say

VAIPA suggests and drafts. Sending a message, changing your calendar or spending money waits for your confirmation. Every action VAIPA takes is listed in the Activity log, and Freeze in Settings stops everything at once.

  4. Delete your account

In any VAIPA app: Settings › Delete my account. You confirm with strong verification, and you can cancel during the grace period by signing in again. You can also email [email protected] from the address you signed up with.

  5. Privacy

Read how VAIPA treats your data in Privacy and trust and the privacy notice.
